Create your own RSS feed in just 1 minute

The RSS feed reader is a brand-new feature which will help you reach out to your audience with your content. Create your own feed, or subscribe to external RSS feeds.

1. CREATE THE NEW RSS FEED

Start off by clicking the green New feed button at the bottom of the list of feeds, or the New feed button located at the top right.

Choose between two types of RSS feeds; 'From link' and 'Local news'. In this case we will be using the Local news to create our own content.

The 'From link' option is used when subscribing to an existing RSS feed.

2. NAME THE FEED

• Fill out the Name of your feed.
• Choose how many items you want to be shown in your feed. Select a number in the Limit items field.
• Click Add.

3. CREATE A NEW ITEM

Click the green New item button to create your first story.

4. WRITE YOUR STORY

• Select a photo
• Choose your headline
• Write the text
• Save

5. YOU DID IT!

Make sure the Enable square is ticked off, and now your story is ready to be viewed by your audience.

THE RESULT

Your audience will see your RSS feed as soon as they turn on the TV, and this is the finished result:
