Business Development Manager for EMEA/Asia

Baze Technology is looking for a sales and business development manager with sales experience from maritime telecom, connectivity, crewing or similar industries. 

The right candidate will put their insight and network to use in helping us grow our BazePort Seea business. BazePort Seea is an entertainment and information system bespoke for the deepsea maritime fleet. The product is relatively new to the market. However, it has been very well received, and the first 100 vessels were contracted in record time. Please see BazePort Seea for more details.

We are now looking for talent with experience in the maritime business area. The ideal candidate can help develop and shape the company's investment and focus. You will play a key role in our sales team and work closely with our sales director, bid management and the rest of the organization daily. You will be responsible for mapping and developing new customers and further developing existing customers. We believe the right candidate will become a product specialist. You will work with both end customers and international sales partners within our focus areas. Baze Technology will give all relevant training.

Location: This position can be held from anywhere in Asia or Europe.

  • Likes to travel, also internationally - we usually expect between 30-50 travel days a year and also participate in some fairs at home and abroad. In recent years, this has somewhat changed, but we believe that it will be back to normal soon.
  • Will work in a company where there is room for discussions and where you can gain trust, responsibility and flexibility in everyday work, based on the results achieved.
  • Looking for a challenge and wants to be part of a new product and customer journey.
  • Appreciates good balance between work and leisure

It is an advantage if you have worked with international sales and have experience dealing with different cultures.
